Full Time IT network engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Transcosmos Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job responsibilities:

• Knowledge of computer system, network equipment and Routing & Switching
• Monitor and maintain performance of computer systems and networks.
• Knowledge of Network Security Competencies.
• Skilled in configuring ACL access control lists, VPN, DHCP/DNS basic security isolation; implemented foundational network security configurations
• Independently built and maintained WLAN wireless local area networks for over 20 endpoints while working as an internet cafe network administrator; responsible for stable wireless connectivity and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the End User Computing (EUC).
• Ability to communicate with end users and provide multitasking supports.
• Ensure IT requests and incidents are accurately tracked and meet SLA.

Role Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, including VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience supporting Wireless Networks, network security (ACLs, VPNs, Firewalls), and remote network infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco or equivalent network devices, with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) being an added advantage.
• Ability to provide remote technical support, manage network incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high service availability and operational excellence.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
