Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone call, and social media
  • Handle room booking and event inquiries
  • Follow up and qualify customer leads
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
  • Assist Sales Team and Sales Manager
  • Prepare meeting minutes and work schedules
  • Coordinate with hotel departments for group bookings and events
  • Maintain proper filing and update Google Drive records

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & Google Drive)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
  • Experience in hotel sales/admin is an advantage

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
