Position: Site Supervisor

Location: One South, opposite MRT station near Sungai Besi toll (Project Site area Klang Valley)

Department: Project Management

Reports to: Project Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Site Work: Monitor and manage site activities to ensure progress is on track and work quality meets expectations.
• Coordinate with Workers/Subcontractors: Communicate and work closely with the head of workers and subcontractors at the site.
• Liaise with Clients: Understand and respond to client requirements, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project.
• Liaise with Suppliers: Coordinate delivery and quality of materials needed for the site.
• Liaise with Main Contractor: Act as a point of contact between the main contractor and project team.
• Site Reporting: Prepare daily reports on site progress, issues, and observations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision, or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to non-smokers due to site location within a university area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
