We are a dynamic and growing interior fit-out company, delivering innovative solutions for retail, commercial, and lifestyle projects. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive Commercial Executive to join our team and play a key role in project cost management and commercial operations.

What You’ll Do

As our Commercial Executive, you will :

  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), detailed pricing, and cost breakdowns.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants on all commercial matters related to BQ and costs.
  • Provide contractual guidance and actively participate in project meetings.
  • Conduct site evaluations for progress claims and verifications.
  • Prepare and manage Change Orders (CO), Variation Orders (VO), and Letters of Commitment (LOC).
  • Submit progress payment claims to clients and verify subcontractor/supplier claims.
  • Undertake additional contractual and commercial tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Carpentry, Interior Design, or Fit-Out projects.
  • Experience in retail projects is a plus.
  • Positive, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract management.
  • Familiarity with Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) and BQ preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read drawings and interpret project schedules effectively.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
