We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager

Sanctuary Health Sdn Bhd — Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our inventory and warehouse operations across the Group, including WIP stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the Inventory Control System, including storage and retrieval processes
• Drive strong inventory management practices — stock ageing, turnover, cycle counts, and contingency planning
• Monitor stock movement across all Group locations and ensure real-time stock accuracy
• Liaise with Shipping & Logistics on stock readiness and shipment scheduling
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, resolving issues and identifying system improvements
• Contribute warehouse insights to strategic planning and operational reviews
• Lead and develop the warehouse team — set clear expectations, uphold safety standards, and review work performance
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience
• Proven leadership ability — able to plan, organize, and motivate a team toward operational goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
