MYFutureJobs are currently assisting TECHNOCOM SYSTEMS SDN BHD in their search for a Senior Engineer, Test to join their Johor Bahru facility, a leading manufacturer in the computer, electronic and optical products sector. This is a great opportunity for an experienced test engineering professional to lead testing strategy, drive yield improvement, and support product quality at a high-volume manufacturing site.

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Employment Type: Contract (Permanent)

Working Hours: Normal Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish testing strategies, flow, and procedures for smooth and efficient production operations
• Perform test capacity planning to ensure tester capacity is maximized and sufficient
• Drive continuous test yield improvement via CIP/RMA activities
• Generate, update, and maintain Venture Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Lead a team of Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company guidelines
• Validate and maintain test equipment condition and calibration master list
• Review and evaluate 1st article samples prior to customer submission
• Participate in product transfer activities and New Product Introduction (NPI) support
• Generate and validate test reports prior to publication
• Manage ECN changes for product firmware/Bill of Materials updates
• Liaise with customers on product-related issues and improvements
• Contribute to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) programs and objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment
• High level of integrity, initiative, and sense of urgency
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player
