About Us

DP Aviation Partners is a specialist Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) representing international airlines across Singapore and the region. We provide professional cargo sales, customer service, and operational support to our airline and freight forwarding partners.

As our business expands, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Cargo Operations Executive to oversee daily operational activities. Working closely with airlines, ground handling agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring cargo is handled safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Flight & Cargo Coordination: Coordinate daily flight operations, track cargo movements, and monitor flight schedules, booking statuses, and space availability.

• Documentation & Compliance: Verify Air Waybills (AWBs), manifests, security declarations, and Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation to ensure strict regulatory compliance.

• Ground Operations Liaison: Work alongside warehouse and ground handling teams to coordinate cargo acceptance, build-up, loading, ULD utilization, and flight capacity planning.

• Irregularity & Issue Resolution: Manage operational disruptions (e.g., flight delays, offloads, schedule changes), investigate cargo discrepancies or service failures, and keep stakeholders informed promptly.

• Stakeholder Management: Provide timely milestone updates to customers, overseas stations, and airline headquarters.

• Reporting & System Updates: Maintain accurate operational logs, update internal systems, and assist with flight performance summaries and statistical reports.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum NITEC, GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Prior experience in air cargo, airlines, logistics, freight forwarding, or GSA operations is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with cargo reservation systems, Dangerous Goods (DG) guidelines, and ULD/aircraft loading constraints is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound troubleshooting ability in a fast-paced environment.
