Job Summary

We are seeking a System Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in Java application development, system analysis, solution design, integration, and DevOps practices. Responsible for gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering scalable enterprise applications across the full SDLC lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years in system analysis and Java application development;
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot/Spring Web, REST & SOAP Web Services;
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Linux/Unix, and Shell Scripting;
• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite, Remedy AR System, API integrations, and CMDB;
• Good understanding of SOA, OOAD, SDLC, and technical documentation;
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills;

Preferred Skills

• Angular, React, or Node.js;
• Hibernate/JPA;
• Docker, Terraform, Ansible;
• AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Oracle, SQL, or MongoDB;
• CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Scrum;
• IBM MQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions;
• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications;
• Develop APIs and system integrations;
• Customize and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy solutions;
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployments;
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and project teams;
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application performance, security, and quality.
