Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

o Identify and develop new business opportunities within the online and offline payments market.

o Research and analyze industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential partners.

o Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner companies.

o Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements aligned with company goals.

o Manage the sales cycle for offline payment solutions through partnerships.

• Partnership Management:

o Oversee existing partnerships, ensuring they deliver value and meet agreed-upon objectives.

o Proactively manage partner relationships to foster ongoing collaboration and communication.

o Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing partnerships and generate additional revenue streams.

o Track and measure the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships.

• Knowledge in the online and offline payments industry, including various payment methods (point-of-sale terminal, mobile wallets, etc.) is a plus point.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
