Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Manage customer accounts, including sales records, account details, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle basic bookkeeping duties, including sales records, invoices, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor customer orders from quotation stage to delivery completion.
• Support sales planning, sales reporting, and business development activities.
• Analyze customer purchasing patterns, market trends, and product performance.
• Understand company products and provide suitable recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports and updates for management review.
• Assist in developing customer strategies and improving sales performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Working Requirements:

• 6-day work week is required.
• Must be prepared to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
• Must be able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
• Must be willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned customer accounts.
• Working hours may extend during peak periods or urgent customer requirements.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle numbers, records, and documentation accurately.
• Must be comfortable handling both customer-facing and administrative tasks.
