Job Description:

• Support the Student Management Committee with student discipline and case management.
• Assist with late-coming management and student attendance procedures.
• Conduct school patrols to ensure student safety and discipline.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, detention, suspension, and after-school activities.
• Monitor classrooms, canteen, toilets, free play areas, and surrounding school vicinity.
• Build positive relationships with the school community and report student misconduct.
• Support school events, examinations, and special needs student supervision.
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties during school holidays and Home-Based Learning (HBL) days.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a uniformed service(e.g. Police, Prisons, SCDF, or law enforcement)
• Youth case investigation experience is an advantage
• Experience in restorative practices and behaviour management
• Secondary school experience is preferred
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, multitask, and collaborate in a team
