Job Description:

• Manage the school's sick bay and attend to unwell or injured students.
• Provide basic first aid and administer medication according to school procedures.
• Monitor students, maintain sick bay records, and contact parents when necessary.
• Ensure the sick bay is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry,scanning, photocopying, document preparation).
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and support daily general office operations.
• Assist with other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate (Singapore-recognised)
• Experience in a school, healthcare, childcare, student care, clinic,hospital or nursing home is preferred
• Experience caring for children and providing basic first aid is an advantage
