Full Time Quantity Surveyors Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in ASTON AIR CONTROL PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

· Evaluate tenders, cost estimates, manage contracts and advise on contractual matters

· Preparing and submission of tender and contract documents

· Studying tender specifications and drawings

· Preparation of monthly progress claim

· Valuation of sub-contractor’s progress claims and VO

· Monthly cash flow projection

· Preparation of final account

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in both pre & post contracts
• Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry.
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
