• Min GCE"N/O/A" level or it's equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
• Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipments and documentation
• Able to handle a full set of Import documents
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies  
• Basic Excel spreadsheet skills and email correspondences
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Possess initiative and meticulous in work
• Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
• Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentation 
• Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfilment
• Work closely with various departments and logistics service provider
• Liaise with clients on shipment issues
• Assist in planning for outgoing shipments
• Training will be provided for fresh-entry candidates
• Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
