Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and target architectural firms, design consultants, and project stakeholders relevant to the company’s product portfolio

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with architects and designers to present products for project specification

  • Understand project requirements, design intent, performance criteria, and budget constraints

  • Recommend suitable products and systems for inclusion in project specifications

  • Provide technical presentations, samples, mock-ups, and product demonstrations

  • Support architects with technical data, drawings, BIM objects, certifications, and compliance documentation

  • Follow up to ensure products are written into specifications, schedules, and tender documents

  • Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and project teams to support specification success

  • Track project pipelines from concept through tender and construction stages

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers

  • Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitors, and specification trends
