Job Descriptions

• Handle incoming calls, faxes,e-mails and serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders

• Liaise with customers and negotiation prices

• Prepare necessary paperwork such as quotations and delivery orders

• Follow up on outstanding enquiries,back orders and customers’ payments

• Issue credit notes to customers if necessary

• Handling of walk-in customers’ product samples

• Ad-hoc duties whenever required

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ levels or equivalent

• Preferably 1-2 years’ working experience in customer service

• Has initiative and a positive learning attitude

• Pleasant personality and customer service oriented

• Able to work independently as wellas in a team

• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
