Quantity Surveyor
Salary range from RM4000 -6000++
5 days work a week
Preparing and updating the information for the sub contractors, supplier, machinery supplier and other services providers
Attending site meetings and inspections of proposed and managed projects if necessary
main contract review and sub-contract review of managed projects in Malaysia and Singapore
Preparation of project and or construction cost estimates, breakdown of managed projects
Preparation of bills of quantities measurement sheet IPA of managed projects
Preparation of cash flow forecasts of managed projects monthly on company online system
Preparing of final account of managed projects
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
Experience in Infrastructure, Construction or Civil works in the area or QS, Costing and Tender
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
