Full Time Safety Supervisor Jobs, in China Construction Development (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description:

• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
• To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
• To ensure all works carried out for the project is complying with HSE policy and procedures
• To monitor and control sub-contractor’s safety and health practices.
• To enforce the use of personal protective equipment, and continuously improve safety and health practices at workplace.
• To ensure good housekeeping at work sites.
• To conduct safety and health inspection.
• Monitor provision and efficiency of fire fighting equipment and first aid kits at work.
• Attending to emergency situations involving the health, lives and securities of workmen.
• To assist the site personnel and workers on day-to-day implementation of the QESG management system.
• To perform the SSS tasks as stipulated in the Site Safety Supervisor Guidelines
• To ensure that all equipment & machinery is complying to safety requirements and safe to be used.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil), professional qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety / Industrial Safety / Environmental Engineering related programs.
• Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH (VALID YELLOW BOOK) IS REQUIRED
• At least 1 Year(s) hands-on experience in high-rise commercial and mixed development building in construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in occupational safety & health related legislation, regulation and practices.
• Experienced with infrastructure related safety work at site will be added advantages
• Good communication skills, self-motivated person and able to work independently.
