Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Founder's Office Manager to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic planning, business growth initiatives, market expansion, and key corporate projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving cross-functional collaboration, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the execution of the company's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Support the Founder in developing and executing the company's strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
• Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans for management review.

Business Consulting & Project Management

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects across multiple business functions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic updates for senior leadership.

Client & Partnership Development

• Support the development and management of relationships with clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in business discussions, negotiations, and partnership initiatives.
• Assist in preparing proposals, business presentations, and commercial documentation.

Market Expansion & Corporate Development

• Research new markets and industry sectors to support regional growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and new revenue streams.
• Support corporate development initiatives, including strategic alliances and investment opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between the Founder and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, strategic discussions, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, corporate development, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, fintech, SaaS, AI, or emerging technology sectors.
• Experience working directly with senior executives or founders.
• Familiarity with regional markets across Southeast Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.

Reporting Line

This position reports directly to the Founder and works closely with the senior leadership team on strategic business initiatives and corporate growth projects.
