Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with founders, gaining hands-on experience in startup operations, project coordination, process improvement, customer engagement, and business administration.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business and operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and internal workflows to meet deadlines and objectives
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and project reports to support business development
• Maintain operational records, project trackers, and company databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Coordinate meetings with customers, partners, and vendors to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and logistics planning to optimize resource management
• Support preparation of regulatory and compliance documentation as required to meet legal standards
• Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that support business growth strategies
• Assist in organizing demonstrations, exhibitions, and client visits to enhance customer engagement
• Prepare management reports and business performance updates to inform decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency for better outcomes
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management to support business needs
