Kerja Sepenuh Masa Construction Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,500 di Angsana Tunas Johor - Maukerja

1) Manage and supervise daily site activities and construction progress.

2) Ensure project execution according to drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

3) Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

4) Monitor project timeline and resolve site issues to avoid delays.

5) Ensure compliance with CIDB requirements, OSHA 1994, and relevant Malaysian construction regulations.

6) Enforce site safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.

7) Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.

8) Monitor materials usage, deliveries, and site resources.

9) Prepare and submit site progress reports to management.

10) Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, and project coordination discussions.

11) Handle site documentation including permits, reports, and daily site records.

12) Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.

13) Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
