Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Relationship Executive (Sales & Operations) to manage our Kota Bharu branch. As the branch’s primary team member, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, GLCs, corporate clients, SMEs, and educational institutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with HQ on artwork, production, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations when required.
• Assist with delivery and order handover when necessary.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment collections.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily sales reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales experience in printing, advertising, or corporate products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Basic Salary: RM1700 – RM5,000 (based on experience)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Bharu (Kota Bharu, Kota Bharu): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
