Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Titanium Synergy Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Job Overview

Titanium Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a practical and reliable Site Supervisor to manage on-site installations of our integrated solutions, including Indoor/Outdoor LED Display Walls, Digital Signage, CCTV systems, steel framing structures, LAN cabling, and etc.

2. Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Management: Supervise daily installation work, site technicians, and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Structural & Hardware Setup: Oversee mounting of steel structures, LED cabinets/modules, CCTV cameras, and digital signage displays.
• Cabling & Network Connections: Coordinate LAN/CAT6 wiring, signal distribution, power connections, and link setups for CCTV and Digital Signages.
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Assist with power-on checks, LED screen pixel testing, video scaling, and initial software configuration before client handover.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety standards (PPE, scaffolding safety, working-at-height practices) on-site.
• Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with main contractors, site engineers, and client representatives during installation.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical site experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems, LED video display installation, CCTV, or AV integration projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of signal wiring (HDMI, CAT6, Fiber), power distribution, and basic networking (IP addresses).
• Ability to read technical layout drawings, mounting schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Experience with LED video processors/controllers (e.g., NovaStar, Vyvauk, Colorlight) is an added advantage.
• License: Valid Class D driving license (GDL license is a bonus).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
