Role Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing accounts within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of workplace solutions, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Promote workplace solutions, including office supplies, hygiene products, PPE, furniture, and business support services.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in office supplies, workplace solutions, industrial products, FMCG, or business services is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
