- Support user training for Keystone AI, Spott new feature releases, Ringover workflows, and other internal technology tools.
- Prepare simple user guides, FAQs, SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentation.
- Test systems and workflows from a user perspective to ensure everything works properly across different platforms.
- Collect user feedback, questions, bugs, workflow issues, and improvement requests.
- Communicate clearly with product, technology, vendor, and operations teams on issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Track open issues and follow up until they are resolved.
- Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and progress summaries for management.
- Help drive system adoption across consultants, managers, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Strong AI literacy is mandatory, with practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or open-source AI models.
- Comfortable learning and using technology systems, SaaS tools, AI products, CRM/ATS platforms, or workflow tools.
- Strong follow-up ability, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- Able to explain system workflows clearly to business users.
- Able to document issues, feedback, processes, and training materials in a simple and structured way.
- Organized, proactive, hands-on, and willing to push tasks forward independently.
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience or internship exposure in project coordination, operations, product support, user training, business analysis, recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS implementation.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, CRM, ATS, calling platforms, reporting tools, or AI automation tools.
- Interest in recruitment technology, AI agents, digital transformation, and business operations.
