Role Description This full-time, on-site Claims Handler role is based in Singapore and supports the effective management of healthcare-related insurance claims. The Claims Handler will review and process claims documentation, verify coverage and eligibility, and assess the validity and accuracy of submitted claims. Responsibilities include liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely claim resolution. The role involves maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and following internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Claims Handler will also support continuous improvement of claims procedures and contribute to a fair, efficient claims experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Claims Handling and Claims Management skills for reviewing, assessing, and resolving claims efficiently.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims to interpret policies, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives in a clear, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, analytical thinking, and basic data entry skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with healthcare or medical billing environments; prior experience in claims or insurance operations is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with standard office software and claims management systems, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
