Role Description The Advisor role at FoodKaw is a full-time, on-site position based in Kluang. The Advisor will guide customers and restaurant partners on how to use FoodKaw’s platform effectively, support them in resolving issues, and provide clear information on services and features. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, offering recommendations on food options and ordering processes, gathering feedback from users, and communicating insights to internal teams. The Advisor will also help onboard new restaurant partners, ensure accurate listing information, and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders. Collaboration with operations and technology teams to improve service quality and user experience is a core part of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and restaurant partners.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address user issues and suggest practical solutions.
• Comfort with using digital platforms and basic computer applications; experience with technology or food delivery apps is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or food and beverage industries is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and a genuine interest in improving customer and restaurant partner experiences.
