In your Role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications.
• Perform assembly, pre-sales final checks, repairs and servicing of all types of bicycles.
• Provide advise to customers on recommendations for purchases, upgrades and service packages.
• Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long-term loyalty.
• Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a bicycle mechanic is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and to take on new challenges
• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Additional Details & Benefits

Full-time position based on a 44-hour work week, spread across 5.5 days, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
