Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Assistant to provide administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and records.
Compile, analyze, and present data in reports, charts, and dashboards.
Generate regular statistics and management reports.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of business data.
Administrative Support
HR, Accounts & Admin Support.
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems.
Support general office administration and record keeping.
Microsoft Office Support
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.
Develop and maintain Excel templates, trackers, and dashboards.
Format reports and documents using Microsoft Word.
Manage data and schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of administrative, business support, or reporting experience.
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Other Information
Flexible working hours.
Physical presence required only when there are scheduled team meetings.
Class 3 licence will have an advantage.
