Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Back of House (BOH) operations and team members.
• Work with the Owner on menu research and development, recipe refinement, and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain standardised recipes and portion controls.
• Prepare and review food costing to ensure menu profitability and cost targets are met.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock control, and wastage reduction.
• Train, coach, schedule, and develop BOH team members to maintain high performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in kitchen systems, efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen experience required
• Passion for creating, cooking, and working in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good understanding of kitchen equipment
