Tanggungjawab

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey with min 3 years of relevant experience in construction related industry.
  • Manage pre-tender to post-contract stages.
  • Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing costing, estimates and managing cost information.
  • Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts.
  • Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement.
  • Take-off quantity for projects.
  • Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Price comparison and costing summary.
  • To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
