About the Role

We are seeking a driven Civil Engineer to join our team in delivering quality execution, structural management, and site safety across our ongoing projects in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers, structural consultants, and site supervisors to ensure project compliance and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision: Assist in managing daily civil/structural site operations, ensuring work aligns with approved structural drawings and safety guidelines.
• Technical Compliance: Perform site inspections, monitor quality standards, and assist with compliance under local statutory codes, MOM regulations, and BCA guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Work alongside senior engineers to liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authority representatives on-site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Support the project team in preparing method statements, daily site logs, structural inspection records, and progress reports.
• Site Safety: Work with Safety Officers to enforce workplace safety practices and environmental management standards on-site.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an institution recognized under Singapore PEB / BCA guidelines.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of civil or structural engineering experience in Singapore. Fresh graduates holding eligible engineering degrees are welcome to apply.
• Core Competencies: Good understanding of structural drawings, site supervision principles, and local construction safety protocols.
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM or structural calculation software is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn on-site.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
