Your Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipe and SOP.
• Cook and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Receive and store deliveries using FIFO practices.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen operations.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and timely food service.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
