Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible Production Operators to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing assembly and inspection processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards while achieving production targets. Candidates should be able to work in a cleanroom environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform semiconductor assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging processes.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or machine abnormalities.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping (5S) in the work area.
• Follow safety regulations, quality policies, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Able to work on rotating shifts, overtime, and in a cleanroom environment.
• Good teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production tasks.
