WE’RE HIRING – BROS CAFE, SEREMBAN 2

Bros Cafe is looking for two full-time team members:

Service & Beverage Crew – 1 position
Kitchen Crew – 1 position

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working hours: 10:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekly day off: Every Wednesday
• Salary during the 3-month probation period: RM1,700 per month
• Salary after successful completion of probation: RM1,800 per month
• A higher salary may be negotiated depending on relevant experience and skills
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS provided where applicable
• Daytime working hours with no late-night shifts
• Comfortable café environment with relatively low customer volume
• Rest and meal breaks can be taken during quieter periods
• No staff accommodation provided

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysians and foreigners with valid work authorization may apply
• Barista or coffee-making experience is an advantage for the Service & Beverage position
• Kitchen experience is an advantage for the Kitchen Crew position
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well with others
• Applicants who can commit to long-term employment are preferred
