Associate Maintenance Engineer (Pharma/ Contract)

12-Months Contract
Location: Tuas
Salary: Up to 5,000 depending on experience

Our client , a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and manufacturing innovative medicines, is currently looking for an Associate Maintenance Engineer to join their team

Primary Function:

• To provide technical and documentation support to Senior Engineers and the Maintenance Lead by assisting with work order reviews, Service Request creation, CMMS data management, site verifications, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate maintenance records and effective execution of maintenance-related activities

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical documentation support to Maintenance Team in compliance with GMP.
• Review work orders and support Service Request (SR) creation, including offline verification as required.
• Support the setup, modification, and removal/addition of job plans, inventory, and assets in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Consolidate data and trend information from the CMMS as directed by the Maintenance Engineer or Lead.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect data and information needed for related documentation support.
• Conduct basic site verifications to gather data and information for documentation support.
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard Microsoft Office, SAP and Maximo to support documentation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Quality and Manufacturing, to support the GMP documentation for maintenance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Engineers / Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 2 years or a diploma in mechanical engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech/ chemical / Oil & Gas industries with a basic knowledge of cGMP.

Desired Skills and Experience
