Role Summary

This is not your average 9 to 5 job. You'll work directly with the founder, get hands-on training on the fundamentals, and take real ownership of execution from day one. Startup pace, real responsibility, fast learning curve. This is an Entry Level Job.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across social, content, and community channels
• Support market research and competitor tracking
• Help plan and run launch campaigns and growth initiatives
• Manage content calendar and day to day posting/scheduling
• Track performance metrics and report on what's working
• Support community and referral program outreach
• Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks as the business scales

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1+ year experience in marketing
• Genuine interest in marketing, tech, and travel
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable learning fast and adapting in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Self-starter, able to take direction and run with it independently

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience in social media, content, or growth marketing
• Basic understanding of paid ads, SEO, or analytics tools
• A portfolio or examples of past work (campaigns, content, writing)
