Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Analyst, Value Based-at-scale Strategy di Maybank Islamic Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and acceleration strategy for Value Based Banking (VB) at scale across Maybank group.
• Develop and maintain working-level toolkits, templates, playbooks, and documentation for solution scaling.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and refinement of solutions based on implementation feedback and assessments.
• Facilitate and drive the scale-up of VBI solutions such as work with Value Based COE and chapter leads to support content development for external engagements,
• Support leadership and stakeholder engagements, representing the function at selected platforms

Requirements:

• Degree in business or finance with 1–3 years of experience supporting strategy execution, programme delivery, or implementation workstreams.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate actions, and support change management efforts.
• Ability to break down problems, support analysis, and synthesise inputs into actionable outputs.
• Working knowledge of interpreting financial, operational, risk, and market data for reporting and decision support.
• Basic understanding of customer insight methodologies and value proposition design; able to contribute to customer/market research and synthesis.
• Comfortable supporting working-level stakeholder engagements and documentation; experience in external forums is an added advantage.
• Good planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Collaborative, inclusive, and able to work across diverse business units and geographies.
