We’re Hiring: Business Support Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

Freedom Uni is looking for a Business Support Executive to join our growing team and be part of our mission to empower individuals and organisations through practical and impactful learning experiences.

This role provides you with broad exposure across business operations, training coordination, customer engagement, and project support. You will gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced mentors and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end training operations and daily business activities
• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and participant arrangements
• Handle incoming calls and communicate with customers, participants, and stakeholders
• Gain exposure to customer relationship management and professional communication
• Assist participants with eLearning platforms, access issues, and general support
• Manage LMS system and coordinate training video uploads and updates
• Maintain and update participant records, course documentation, and training materials
• Prepare and issue certificates of completion
• Generate invoices and receipts by accurately entering required details into the system
• Maintain proper financial records and support basic bookkeeping activities
• Assist with HRD Corp claims submission, documentation, follow-up, and tracking
• Upload CPD points for relevant professional bodies (FIMM & SIDC)
• Provide administrative and on-site support during physical workshops and events
• Assist in submitting new courses to relevant government or regulatory bodies
• Support business improvement projects and other operational tasks

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma/Degree holders from any relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable communicating with customers and different stakeholders
• Interested in business operations, training, education, and people development
