Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the full quantity surveying process for landed residential and commercial construction projects. If you have strong cost management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full QS duties from pre-contract to post-contract.
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, progress claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
Manage variation orders (VO) and contractual claims.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation on time.
Support landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
Experience in landed residential construction projects is required.
Experience in commercial projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of tendering, contracts, and cost management.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Meticulous with strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with QS software is an advantage.
