Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROJECT MANAGER, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di MACRU CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

1) Planning - To work out construction master schedule program and planning for resource

allocation, including manpower, plants and machineries deployment for the project.

2) Produce Project Quality plans for the project and implement quality assurance and control

system to ensure the construction works meets the required standard, comply with drawings

and specification.

3) To implement all necessary inspection forms and checklist for quality control.

4) Identify Problems - To check and identify possible site problems and to provide mitigate

measure and action in order to resolve the problems encountered to avoid causing delays to

the project.

5) Project coordination work, to coordinate with Architect, Consultants Engineers, contractors

and M&E nominated sub-contractors to ensure smooths execution of site activities and timely

completion of the project as per scheduled.

6) Site safety and Risk Management - to implement safety measure and to identify possible risk

on site and ensuring safety works carry out are compliance with the Local Authorities’ site

safety and health rules & regulations.

7) Project Management - to lead & organize site team to oversee and manage construction

activities including sub-constructors. To ensure works are executed in accordance with the

drawing, to identify and check for any discrepancy and propose positive solution to address

the encountered problems.

8) Contractual matter - to manage contractual matters to ensure compliance to the contractual

obligations and specification. To properly document of any changes, variation order and

disputes.

9) To monitor project expenses and cost control to prevent cost overrun and meeting the budget.

10) Documentation and Report - To prepare project progress report, write letter correspondence

and Properly record and document all relative matters.

11) To chair site coordination and progress meeting with all the sub-contractors and all NSC.

12) To prepare site progress report and attend client & consultants meeting to resolve any

dispute, drawing discrepancy and site problems encounters.

13) To monitor and carry out inspection to ensure the quality of the materials used are complying

with the drawing and specification.

14) Conduct site staffs meeting and monitoring the site progress and quality of works.

15) To assign and monitor site staffs’ daily activities & performance and to provide guidance.

16) To conduct site staffs’ KPI review at year end

17) Assist in developing safety policies in compliance with OSH and FMA act regulations.

18) Conduct Site Safety Inspection, correct unsafe safety practises.

19) Liaise with relevant local authorities/clients and all safety and health issues.

20) Conduct toolbox meeting, safety briefing, safety induction and meetings

21) Monitor and maintain effectiveness of site safety measures.

22) Prepare Site Safety report.

23) Safeguard the health and welfare of workers

24) Provide monthly report to DOSH

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
