• Lead research and development of healthcare and herbal functional food products.
• Establish and manage the R&D department, including systems, SOPs, and laboratory operations.
• Develop innovative product formulations from concept to commercialization.
• Lead product scale-up and ensure successful transfer from laboratory to production.
• Possess strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and production line optimization.
• Ensure compliance with NPRA, GMP, HACCP, MESTI, Halal, and relevant food regulations.
• Oversee product validation, stability studies, quality improvement, and continuous innovation.
• Manage R&D projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Procurement, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing R&D team.
• Source and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with universities, research institutions, suppliers, and external laboratories.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support technical documentation, product registration, and commercialization activities.
• Monitor industry trends, market insights, and emerging healthcare innovations.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
