Intern in Servicing Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,200 in GSE-M Technology Selangor - Maukerja

Reporting To: Servicing Manager

Industry: Custom Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (Ovens, Paint Lines, Dipping Systems)
Employment Type: 12 weeks – 24 weeks

What You’ll Do

· Assist engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of GSE industrial equipment at the factory and customer sites.

· Support preventive maintenance, servicing, breakdown response, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of GSE equipment.

· Learn to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts for installation and servicing.

· Assist in control panel assembly, electrical wiring, sensor installation, and equipment setup according to engineering drawings.

· Participate in machine inspection, functional testing, fault diagnosis, and performance verification.

· Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.

· Assist engineers in collecting technical data, measurements, and site information to support product improvement and machine design.

· Support project execution, site coordination, scheduling, installation progress, and project handover activities.

· Learn industrial safety practices, proper use of tools, and engineering standards while gaining hands-on experience in custom industrial machinery and automation system.

What You Need

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering

· Experience with PLC, sensors, motors, VFDs, or industrial control panels.

· Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeter, or basic measuring instruments.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software.

· Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.

Working Conditions

· Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

· Environment: Factory (non-air-conditioned)

· Candidates must possess their own transport and secure their own accommodation for the duration of this internship.

Learning Exposure

· Hands-on experience with industrial ovens, furnaces, conveyor systems, surface finishing equipment, and automation systems.

· Exposure to machine installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support.

· Practical knowledge of PLC control panels, electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, sensors, motors, and industrial instrumentation.

· Experience working alongside mechanical, electrical, and project engineers on real industrial projects.

· Opportunities to travel to customer sites and gain exposure to manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, and general manufacturing.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
