This Restaurant Manager role focuses on driving profitability through cost control and sales growth while maintaining strict operational standards. Key responsibilities include managing the "P"s: Profit (reports, banking, inventory), People (hiring, training, scheduling, morale), and Product (SOP compliance, quality control, food safety). Core Duties:

• Operations & Finance: Oversee daily shifts, manage cash flow/banking, conduct security spot checks, and review management reports to minimize wastage.
• Team Leadership: Handle the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and training to performance reviews and staff welfare.
• Facility Management: Maintain high cleanliness standards, manage equipment maintenance, and implement stock rotation (FIFO).

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and strong multitasking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Attributes: A hardworking, independent individual willing to learn and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• F&B: 5 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

• Batu Pahat (Preferred)
