Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

* Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.

* Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams.

* Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

* Prepare warehouse reports and maintain proper documentation.

* Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.

* Good leadership and communication skills.

* Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.

* Able to work independently and in a team.
