Job Summary

The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the CEO. The role also includes ensuring the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to and from designated locations.
• Plan travel routes to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and readily available.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business affairs.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items when required.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Company policies at all times.
• Be available to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance, courteous attitude, and high standard of personal conduct.
• Report any accidents, traffic violations, or incidents involving the assigned vehicle immediately to Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management that are within the scope of the position.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year' experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred.
• Good knowledge of roads, highways, and routes throughout Malaysia.
• Strong time management and defensive driving skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• No criminal record and willing to undergo background verification if required.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
