Production Assistant

Working Hour 5 working day

(Monday – Friday 8.30am-6.30pm) // (Tuesday – Saturday 8.30am-6.30pm)

Require to OT follow production plan

Salary negotiable / based on experience

Daily

1. Create and distribute Jobsheet (based on Daily Production Plan) to production team.

2. Collect Jobsheet which completed with accurate quantity from team B,C,D, Silkscreen and Warehouse(inbound).

3. Check Jobsheet information and ensure all detail accurate and up to date.

4. Transfer Jobsheet information to Autocount, Output record and productivity report.

5. To email Output record and Jobsheet to related department.

Weekly/ Monthly

1. To keep update productivity report and email to BOD after checked and approved by Production Manager.

2. To update team A report (compile all form and do daily summary report).

3. To involve in stock check activity with all production team and submit final stock check report to Accounts Department.

Other

1. To assist on Daily Production Plan (liase with Sales Department).

2. To planning, monitoring and assist at production floor.

3. To ensure documents remain legible and readily identifiable.

4. Day to day job or general instruction given by superior.

5. As a Production Supervisor role to perform in any of production process as and when necessary.

6. Other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
