Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
• Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
• Be able to demonstrate product in effective way to customers
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company’s websites and digital sites.
• Ensure customer are happy with product and services
• Record all activities in CRM system and ensure KPI are met
• Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role
• Be able to present Software functionality and usage to potential customer

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least DIPLOMA or DEGREE preferably in the field of Science and/or Marketing or minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Excellent English and Bahasa communication and Written skills
• Must have a strong negotiation skill.
• Possess own transport with valid driver’s license is advantage( Class B2 and D )
• Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
• Experience in selling IT Software and Services and Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
