JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the company sales on a day-to-day basis. Manage the relationship between the internet giant and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
• Promote product aggressively to achieve the sales target by the company.
• Identify market trends, potential products, target audience, and competitor activities
• Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to sales. Handle customer enquiries and complaints timely and professionally
• Monitor and improve inventory and fulfillment flow to meet customer expectations
• Attend and meet customer's enquiries including quotation and customer purchase order including preparation of related documents eg: product and price listing, preparation of sales order upon received of customer Purchase Order, issuance of Delivery Order and Invoice
• To carry out any other jobs assigned by the top management

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Atleast 1 year working experience in sales and marketing
• Knowledge in medical device manufacturing and distribution standards (eg. ISO 13485, relevant ASTM standard etc.)
