Job description:

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, including treatment rooms, consultation rooms, reception area, and common spaces.
• Ensure clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies are well-organized and properly maintained at all times.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, including opening car doors, assisting with vehicle parking, and securely tagging and managing car keys to ensure they are returned to the correct owners.
• Support the reception of patients and customers, guiding them throughout their clinic visit.
• Offer refreshments and general assistance to customers as needed.
• Handle dispatch and runner tasks such as collecting documents, managing banking errands, purchasing clinic supplies, and delivering items to vendors or business partners.
• Provide non-clinical operational support to doctors, nurses, and clinic staff.
• Monitor and restock pantry items, cleaning supplies, and clinic consumables.
• Help prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after procedures.
• Assist with clinic events, marketing initiatives, roadshows, and promotional campaigns as required.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for all clinic visitors.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
• Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Take part in training and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a hospital, medical centre, healthcare facility, aesthetic clinic, or hotel housekeeping setting is an advantage.
• Holds a valid Class D driving license with a clean driving record and no history of major traffic offenses.
